By entering your email address for our mailing list or signing up for the free course, you agree to receive occasional communications from us. We hate spam and will never sell your information. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any marketing email.
By purchasing one of our paid programs, you are signing up for a monthly subscription that will give you access to the program of your choice (Standard Coaching - access to private community and app, weekly group coaching calls on Zoom, weekly live Q&As and access to discussion boards to ask Dr. Yonit and our other coaches questions; Steady Start - everything in Standard Coaching PLUS access to a week-by-week, self-paced program to guide you through your recovery; Steady Start Plus - everything in Steady Start plus a one-time guaranteed 80 minute consultation with Dr. Yonit).
All paid programs are offered on a monthly basis in US dollars. You will be charged the monthly subscription fee until you cancel. When you cancel, you will lose access to the program. You may cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription any time before you are charged for the next month by visiting your membership portal in our community. Because we offer so much flexibility in your choices, there are no refunds for any of our paid programs.
When you sign up, you will receive an email invitation to our private community within 1 hour. This invitation will be sent to the email with which you signed up for the program. Based on the subscription you chose, you will receive access to the program of your choice in the private community.

This Intellectual Property Protection Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into the date you begin the program, between The Steady Coach LLC (“Creator”) and you (“Participant”), collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. Definitions
(a) "Program Content" refers to all materials, videos, texts, images, and other content provided as part of the online program. (b) "Intellectual Property" includes but is not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights related to the Course Content.
2. Ownership
(a) The Creator retains all Intellectual Property rights to the Program Content. The Participant agrees that he or she is only granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Program Content for personal and educational purposes.
3. Restrictions
(a) The Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any part of the Program Content without the Creator's written consent.
(b) The Participant agrees not to record, screenshot, or otherwise capture the Program Content unless expressly permitted.
4. Confidentiality
(a) The Participant acknowledges that the Program Content may contain confidential information and trade secrets of the Creator. The Participant agrees to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
5. Violations
(a) In the event of a violation of this Agreement, the Creator may take legal action to protect their Intellectual Property rights and seek damages.
6. Miscellaneous
(a) This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
(b) Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by the Steady Coach LLC.
7. Governing Law
(a) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA.
8. Acceptance of Agreement
(a) By accessing or using the Program Content, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The use of the course automatically implies the Participant's consent to the terms outlined herein.
9. Liability Disclaimer
(a) The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Program Content is provided for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. The Creator does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Program Content for any medical purpose. The information provided in this course is not prescribed for the Participant and does not take into account the Participant’s medical conditions or mental health.
(b) The Participant assumes full responsibility for his or her own safety, wellness and any actions taken based on the information provided in the course. The Creator shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, including but not limited to personal injury or financial loss, arising from the use or misuse of the Program Content.
The Participant is advised to seek professional medical advice for any medical conditions or concerns. If the Participant has dizziness symptoms, he or she has been advised to seek medical care from a medical physician or qualified healthcare provider.
