Helping people with chronic dizziness get strong and steady.
You may feel hopeless or frustrated after seeing multiple doctors, having had scans and diagnostic tests- and yet no one has been able to tell you what’s wrong or how you can get better.
What we’ve learned over years of working with people just like you is that chronic dizziness is curable. Recovery is possible- we see it every day! You can get better, too. Learn more about our methods below, or contact us and let’s talk about how we can help you recover.
We help people with chronic dizziness achieve lasting relief from their symptoms. Since we firmly believe that everyone should have access to the tools needed to heal, we provide comprehensive and completely free education about dizziness via the free Healing Chronic Dizziness course and YouTube channel.
We also provide group coaching, small group sessions, and one-on-one consultation services to people all around the world suffering from chronic dizziness who need personal guidance through the recovery process.
Founder, The Steady Coach
Conventional medical management- as well as alternative treatments like acupuncture and chiropractic- focuses on the biological causes of dizziness.
But all chronic dizziness is biopsychosocial. Successful treatment requires a biopsychosocial approach. You can learn more about my approach in my free healing chronic dizziness course or on my YouTube channel.
Symptoms of dizziness, visual vertigo, imbalance, floating, lightheadedness
Episodes of dizziness, visual disturbances and sometimes head pressure and pain
I have been dealing with vertigo and balance issues for three years. Just in two months I have seen a tremendous improvement. Most of my symptoms have diminished and I am starting to engage in activities again that I truly thought I might not be able to do.
AliceI also just wanted to say thank you so much for our first initial appointment that we had... I genuinely feel about 70-80% better than I once was. You really eased my anxiety... I don't think I would be at this point with healing if it wasn't for you, so thank you.

Her advice was instrumental in my dealing on a daily basis with PPPD and eventually leaving it behind me in a return to normalcy. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from chronic dizziness.
