VIP coaching is a way to get personal support from Dr. Yo in a group setting. Membership includes weekly group meetings on Zoom and personal support from Dr. Yo in our private coaching group.

When are the meetings?

As of 2/21, meetings will take place on Tuesdays at 10 am EST and 2 pm EST. You can attend either or both meetings.

What does it cost?

As of 2/21, $99 a month, no contract. You can cancel any time before you are charged for the next month. You can lock in the old rate of $89 by signing up before 2/21.

Do I need to be able to attend the live meetings?

No! Meetings are recorded to watch later if you can’t attend live.

I think I still want one-on-one help. Is that possible?

Yes. I prioritize coaching group members over my general waiting list. This means coaching group members go straight to the front of the line. If you are interested, please keep reading for more important information.

I live in a different time zone and won’t be able to make the meetings. Is it still worth joining?

The group is about much more than the live meetings. I personally answers every post and will help coach you through your recovery process. If you have questions or need support, you can post and get help directly from me. You can even post an audio file if screens are difficult, and I will respond in kind. We also have incredible peer support in our group.

Is there an obligation to stay in the group?

No. My goal is to get you out of here and living your life as quickly as possible. You can cancel any time before you are charged for the next month.

How do I get on the priority waitlist once I am a coaching member?

Since coaching group members get priority, please let us know if you’re interested. After you have joined VIP Coaching, you can send a chat to my assistant, Tara, or an email to info@thesteadycoach.com to request to be added to the coaching group list. Important: you will be expected to stay in the coaching group if you want to continue working with me over time. This is of benefit to you because people who are in my coaching groups need far less one-on-one support from me as they are already doing the work to get better. In addition, you are skipping the general waiting list, which is an option only available to coaching group members.

How long will the wait be for one on one sessions?

Due to demand, there is still a significant wait for one-on-one sessions. I cannot guarantee a time frame, but it is much shorter than my 12 month wait for new clients. Another option is that I would be happy to refer you to one of my colleagues who specializes in mindbody disorders. They are usually able to see people within several weeks.
